Just a small comment on this conversation.
Consider wearables you’d want to be able to map to stage lights. This is a perfect application where wireless “pixel pushing” would be extremely useful, without losing the major advantages of the PB when you want to be autonomous.
At the moment, to sync with software through Artnet or SACN for example, I’m using Wled. But when i want to use it independently… WLED is really weak compared to Pixelblaze.
That’s where it could be useful, especially because i don’t really see other controllers like this on the market.
