Battery recommendation for Pico with 1m strip

I want to make some wearables last minute. Any recs on batteries to power a pico and 1m strip?
I typically just get a small usb charger, but they are harder to find in smaller versions these days with phones requiring higher amp capacity usb chargers.

I’ll tell you a secret: you can actually use 1S lipos if that works for you.
Both neopixels and the pico will work all the way down to around 3V
