when looking a thread, It would be nice to have a button to go back to the list of topics.
I know there’s the browser’s Back button, but I don’t usually use that unless I’ve gotten myself lost.

Yeah, I’m still getting used to this forum (Discourse) too. I tend to click on the logo quite a bit to get back to the default view. There’s also the option of making the default view categories instead of recent posts.
I almost fell for clicking on the logo.
