Different patterns on different strips on 8x driver

Is there a way to set different patterns for different strips attached to the 8x driver? I’ve been pouring over the documentation but all I can find is each strip and have it’s own color order. Am I missing something?

I want to have 4 individual strips all with different patterns running. Then when the sensor board detects loud sounds, change all the patterns. If it’s already been discussed can someone point me there?

There isn’t a segment pattern feature, but there are ways to do this in patterns, and some great existing frameworks for doing that!
