How would I wire a globe?

Hi all,

If I were to wire a globe with any number of vertical APA102 strips or similar, how would I need to wire it? In series or each strip in parallel?
Or does it even matter and it is resolved by the code?

Don’t do parallel. If there is one thing I keep having to repeat, it’s avoid parallel wiring.
