Basically he’s using a Raspberry Pi for his lights but looking at the way he’s doing it, I think a midi to websocket solution could work on a PB…
Imagine a Pico added to a drum kit (or keyboard or whatever) where the midi signals were then sent to the Pico which would light up different lights based on the midi signals sent.
There are lots of midi to websocket stuff out there, including some standards, but as I’m neither a websocket guru nor a midi guru, this is low on my ToDo list right now. But then again, the idea of turning music (even midi files) into some sort of coherent light display is so tempting.
