I designed a set of modular brain boxes for Twisty Maurice before I got my Bambu P1S – I was never happy with the physical ‘install’ for the Pixelblazes – especially since I was stacking/soldering the PBV3 and the Output expander together.
Now with the 3d printer I’ve crafted an enclosure for just this weird usage – is anyone else doing this? Maybe it’s just me 
The PB screws into the case with M2 screws. The case has 2 levels to compensate for the 2 board being stacked. The 4 screw terminal is used to solder the 2 boards together and to provide the DC power in. The case top has access to the button, and a port to access the data pins.
For the short term, I’m attaching these with VHB tape, but I included M4 screw mounts for other purposes.
