Hi I am still having trouble connecting to one of the controllers. I’ve tried everything suggested, I can’t get past the spinning cube no matter what I do. I really need to get the fixed before the Winter Lights Fest. Please help:folded_hands:
Have you tried using /recovery after the IP? Update if you haven’t or use force update to repair.
Try using a different browser. I know it seems crazy, but in the last couple months I can only get Safari to connect about 20% of the time. But tried Edge and it connects every time.

Seconding the Safari issue. The only resolution I’ve found is to power cycle the Pixelblaze but it bugs me how indeterministic the issue is.
I could try, but Ive another pixelblaze controller in the same room that is still working fine. Fired right up after the update. The other one hasn’t acted right since. I did have it set as follower to the one that is working fine before the update and did not remove it as follower when I did the update. Idk if this info is relevant.
I actually said fukit and bought a new controller. I need this piece ready for PDX Winter Lights fest.
