I did their 11/11 sale… and my ordered cleared US customs on 11/24 where it has sat since. Wondering if people have similar experiences and how long I should wait?
File a dispute as soon as that option comes up, otherwise you wont have any recourse. I have only ever had one thing arrive after filing a dispute, and it was 2-3M.
2 or 3 months - especially now with Covid
That’s the odd thing it already was made, went thru China customs, shipped here, and passed thru US customs… Now it has sat for a month.
I’ve ordered through aliexpress 6 times, different vendors. My fastest was via DHL, more expensive shipping, and took about 9 days. My worst has been about 9 weeks.
