V2.28 Release - Language & API compatibility with V3.20

Hello!

This release for V2 brings over several features from V3 including array literal support. The language support is now on par with V3.20.

There are a number of other small enhancements that have been brought over as well.

  • Array literals, replace, replaceAt
  • Added reboot counter failsafes - but will not go in to setup mode. This should prevent bricking if a pattern does crash, just like V3.
  • rgb() suports white in RGBW and HDR in HDR LEDs
  • Sanity check global limits
  • bootstrap css update

Makes my sword very HDR, which is required because it pulls too many amps and (burns my retinas) at
full power.

Many thanks for the quick update, @wizard !
